Accessibility Statement 

  • The internet today serves as an information platform for various users, some of whom have disabilities. We consider it important to provide equal opportunities for all users of the site and to enable a positive browsing experience. Efforts have been made on this site to allow use by people with disabilities as much as possible, with attention to the values of equality, dignity, and independence.

  • The site complies, as far as possible, with the requirements of the Israel Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013. Adjustments have been made in accordance with the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at the AA level and International Document 0.

  • The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports common keyboard navigation patterns using the arrow keys. However, for the best browsing experience with screen reader software, we recommend using the latest version of NVDA.

  • The site includes an accessibility button. Clicking on the menu opens the accessibility options. After selecting a topic in the menu, please wait for the page to reload. The software works in popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 10+, Safari, and Opera.

Accessibility options in the button include:

  • Increasing the site font to various sizes

  • Stopping blinking – halting moving elements and blocking flashes

  • Contrast adjustment – changing color contrast with a dark background

  • Contrast adjustment – changing color contrast with a light background

  • Adjusting the site for color blindness

  • Enlarging the cursor and changing its color to black or white

  • Zoom in/out of the display

  • Highlighting links on the site

  • Highlighting headings on the site
